    Digitala loggböcker för UAV-piloter

    I detta ämne samlas exempel på svenska och utländska programvaror för att logga flygningar med drönare i enlighet med ICAO, EU och för kommersiella organisationer enligt Transportstyrelsens krav.

    Även appar som för stunden inte uppfyller ovanstående krav men som kommer att ta fram en version för detta kan finnas med.

    Vid förfrågan berättar DroneLogbook att de uppfyller Transportstyrelsens krav och att de redan har kunder i Sverige. De är också på gång att utveckla en modul "SORA - Jarus Risk Assesment Process"

      Enkel loggbok, LogBook för Android. Österrike

      En enkel loggbok som kan logga flygningar och exportera datan till en .csv-fil, dvs till Excel. Den är på tyska i detta utförandet, men eftersom det är en väldigt enkel och billig variant tog jag med den i denna sammanställningen.

        Airdata är ett system som håller reda på väldigt mycket data om drönare, piloter, batterier, etc. De skriver att de inte specifikt har några mallar för att rapportera till den Europeiska marknaden men har många Europeiska kunder och att det i systemet kan skapas rapporter som redovisar det man önskar. Intressant är att prissättningen är per drönare och inte per pilot. Detta borde gynna räddningstjänsten. Så här skrev de i sitt svar till mig.

        With our Enterprise plan you get unlimited users, pilots, flights, and battery diagnostics. It offers multi-user logins with role-based access controls and permissions, so that the primary user can determine who sees what data and ensure proper data governance. You also get exclusive functionality around maintenance, alerting on equipment and pilot behavior, additional reporting functionality for operational and compliance purposes, and online documentation storage for checklists, certifications and authorizations.

        Although we do not have a template specific to EU rules, our Reporting feature is commonly used for compliance purposes by many customers in the EU. Reports are highly customizable flight record documents that allow you to include/exclude drones, dates, specific data, and more. You can then export the finalized Report in various formats (including PDF).

        Our Enterprise pricing is based on the number of active drones in the system and sold on an annual subscription basis.           AirHubs hela tanke är att på ett enkelt sätt uppfylla de myndighetskrav som finns på UAS-verksamhet, där loggen är en viktig del. Så här svarar man på min fråga om de uppfyller de Sveriges och EUs krav.
          To answer your question the AirHub platform meets the CAA regulation of EU and Sweden. Below is the requirements list for flight logging. Detailed information on the AirHub platform in the appendix.

          LOGGING OF FLIGHT ACTIVITIES AND RECORD-KEEPING
          (a) An acceptable means to log and record the flight activities is to use a logbook, which may be electronic.
          (b) The information to be recorded should be indicated in the declaration or in the operational authorisation, which may include the following:

          (1) the identification of the UAS (manufacturer, model/variant (e.g. serial number);
          NOTE: if the UAS is not subject to registration, the identification of the UAS may be done using the serial number of the UAS.
          (2) the date, time, and location of the take-off and landing;
          (3) the duration of each flight;
          (4) the total number of flight hours/cycles;
          (5) in the case of a remotely piloted operation, the name of the remote pilot responsible for the flight;
          (6) the activity performed (add the reference to the STS or the authorisation number, as applicable);
          (7) any significant incident or accident that occurred during the operation;
          (8) a completed pre-flight inspection;
          (9) any defects and rectifications;
          (10) any repairs and changes to the UAS configuration; and
          (11) the information required to comply with UAS.SPEC.100.
          (c) Records should be stored for 2 years in a manner that ensures their protection from
          unauthorised access, damage, alteration, and theft.
          (d) The logbook can be generated in one of the following formats: electronic or paper. If the paper format is used, it should contain, in a single volume, all the pages needed to log the holder’s flight time. When one volume is completed, a new one will be started based on the cumulative data from the previous one.

          UAS SPEC 100:
          (1) If the UAS operation is using an unmanned aircraft for which a certificate of airworthiness or a restricted certificate of airworthiness have been issued, or using certified equipment, the UAS operator shall record the operation or service time in accordance either with the instructions and procedures applicable to the certified equipment, or with the organizational approval or authorization.
          (2) The UAS operator shall follow the instructions referred to in the unmanned aircraft certificate or equipment certificate, and also comply with any airworthiness or operational directives issued by the Agency.

            UASidekick är ett system som används för att planera, genomföra och logga flygningar. De är baserade i USA och en av deras målgrupper är räddningstjänst. Som svar på min fråga om de uppfyller de europeiska och svenska reglerna svarade de så här:

            Thank you for your email. Yes, that is the direction we are moving. Both our weather and mapping solutions have already been expanded to work internationally.
            To be honest, we have been sitting on our hands a bit waiting for an opportunity to work with an organization that would provide us the "boots on the ground" perspective we need to ensure what we implement is really meeting operators' needs.
            I'd very much welcome the opportunity to chat more if that might be of interest to you. Public safety is a primary focus of our efforts so please know that we would be very motivated to help provide a robust solution to the Swedish Fire Brigades.
